2) When the shutter speed changes it can create drama and movement. 3) I would want to use shutter speed as a priority because it helps the picture to be focuses and it freezes. Shutter Speed Notes -

It was Reyna's 16th birthday. She had a little surprise party with her friends and her family. She had so much fun. After her birthday party she thought her day was over. Her mother (Miranda) told her she had another surprise for her. She was so confused but excited. Her mother blindfolded her and took her outside. After her mother told her to take the blind of she saw a dark red car with white. Reyna excitedly asked her mother "What is this? Is this for me?!" Her mother replied "It is part of your birthday present." Reyna was so happy she loved her car. She couldn't believe it. After she found out the beautiful car was for her her mother told her they will be going to a car race Reyna always wanted to go to. Miranda said to be ready in 5 minutes because they were going to head to the race in her new car that she got to drive. Reyna ran to her car and waited for her mother. After they got to the race Reyna was so excited and wanted to get good seats she left her mom behind. Reyna and Miranda got to the race just in time! A car that looked exactly like Reyna's was in the race. She told her mother she wanted the red car to win. Miranda betted Reyna the blue car was going to win. As the race began the blue car was speeding up and left the red car behind.. After a couple seconds the red car speeded up twice as fast and crossed the finish line. Reyna was happy she jumped out of her seat. After the race they headed home. Reyna was so happy on her 16th birthday, she couldn't thank her mom enough for a great day.
Photo 1: Aperture was on f/1.8, Shutter Speed 1/3,200 and ISO 200
My main focus was the first box and I succeeded blurring out the rest of the background. The difference of this photograph from the rest is that the background you can actually tell what the subject/main focus of this is. Photo 2: Aperture was on f/8, Shutter Speed 1/160, ISO 200 My main focus was the middle box. The difference of the picture from the rest is that it has a softer blur effect of the background. Photo 3: Aperture was on f/16, Shutter Speed 1/40 and ISO 200 My main focus was the last box. The difference is the background doesn't have a blur effect. Aperture Notes
